Choo Choo Grill was our go-to spot for fresh meals, steamed vegetables, fried appetizers, and grilled meats. But the sauces were what symbolized Choo Choo, each unique and flavorful.

When we had the chance to take over the restaurant, we saw it as more than an opportunity—it was a way to preserve something special.

Over time, we realized those same bold, joyful flavors belonged beyond the restaurant walls. Each sauce was unique and flavorful for each item on the menu, but what if they reached everyday meals?

Today, our sauces are crafted with the same care, balance, and tradition that first inspired us. From our family to yours—here’s to meals worth savoring, sauces worth sharing, and flavors that bring people together.

Meet Mr. "Choo Choo" Lee

Coming from a poor background, when I was younger food was hard to come by, especially for a family of 11! All we had was rice and water, a bland mush. I have wanted to share tasteful flavors to other people ever since then, and what better way than through a bottle shipped right to your doorsteps?

Always Striving for Better

Always hard at work, Mr. Lee has dedicated himself to improving his daily habits and his business. Always seeking for new opportunities and ways to help the people around him, he decided he wanted to share the Choo Choo Sauces with the world.
