Our story really starts with family dinners. For years, our family were regulars at a little hibachi spot called Choo Choo. It became more than just a place to eat—it became a place of happiness. The rice was fluffy, the meats perfectly tender, the veggies crisp and fresh… but the sauces? That’s what we couldn’t stop loving and talking about. Honestly, they were so good we’d joke about drinking them straight from the cup (it was that good)!
When we discovered that Choo Choo was going up for sale, it felt like fate. We jumped at the chance to carry on the flavors we loved so much, and taking over the restaurant gave us an opportunity to share that joy with others. But it also sparked a bigger dream: sharing those unforgettable sauces beyond the restaurant walls.
That’s why we bottled our line of Asian-inspired sauces, crafted with the same care, tradition, and bold flavors that first won us over. From stir-fries to french fries, or just dipping straight from the bottle (we won’t judge), our goal is simple: to share the flavors that brought us joy, and hopefully bring a little joy to your meals too.
